Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment will result in loosing your deposit. A new deposit is required for reschedule and/or new booking.
- Grace period is 15 minutes. Please kindly let us know you cannot make it to your appointment or come in late. No call no-show will be banned from booking.
- No extra person or pets unless permitted.
